12:18 a.m.—A Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officer arrested 33-year-old Ayacx Mercedes of Cambridge at Peabody Terrace for assault and battery domestic abuse.
7:56 a.m.—An officer was sent to Harkness commons after receiving a report of a suspicious person climbing through a window. After a brief investigation, the officer learned that the suspect was an employee who had forgotten a key.
Oct. 14:
12:18 a.m.—An officer was dispatched to Lowell House to respond to a noise complaint in the courtyard. The officer asked the group to be quiet.
8:26 p.m.—An officer conducted a field interview at 5-7 Linden St. with a suspicious individual and issued a trespass warning.
Oct. 15:
12:07 p.m.—An officer took a report of a stolen bicycle at the Malkin Athletic Center (MAC).
12:17 p.m.—An officer took a report of a stolen bicycle at the MAC.
3:00 p.m.—An HUPD officer arrested 37-year-old Kimberly Canody of Cambridge at the Littauer Center for trespassing.
11:40 p.m.—An officer conducted a field interview with a suspicious individual and discovered that the person had an active warrant. The officer arrested 25-year-old Jason Polier of Wareham, Mass. for warrant service.
Oct. 16:
12:25 p.m.—An officer arrested 42-year-old David Scrima of New York for trespassing at Harkness Commons.
6:31 p.m.—An HUPD officer was sent to Au Bon Pain after receiving a report that a person refused to pay the bill. The individual was gone upon the officer’s arrival.
