July 29:
12:26 a.m.—A Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) officer was dispatched to remove an unwanted guest from Harkness Common. The officer conducted a field interview, discovered an outstanding warrant and placed Michael Hasberry, 38, of Boston under arrest.
3:48 a.m.—A HUPD officer arrested a juvenile near Divinity Hall for larceny of a bicycle and possession of marijuana.
July 31:
10:39 a.m.—HUPD dispatched an officer to take a report of simple assault at University Information Services.
3:19 p.m.—While on patrol in JFK Park, an HUPD officer noticed an individual urinating in public. The officer arrested Greg Dellinger, 38, of Boston for indecent exposure.
August 1:
8:43 p.m.—HUPD officers stopped two suspicious people behind the Harvard Hillel. After a field interview, police arrested Theodore Babbit, 18, of Cambridge for possession of a Class A substance.
August 2:
9:34 a.m.—HUPD officers took reports of multiple thefts of cash and a stolen credit card in Vanserg.
3:22 p.m.—HUPD officers were dispatched to the Greenhouse Cafe to remove an unwanted guest. The individual requested an ambulance and was transported to Cambridge City Hospital.
7:00 p.m.—A resident of Huron Ave., age unknown, reported that he was stabbed in the thigh by a person he knew while at the rear of the Friends School. The suspect fled in an unknown direction.
August 3:
2:19 a.m.—HUPD officers responded to a report of individuals entering a construction site at Child Hall. Responding officers located three individuals and removed them from the property.
3:10 a.m.—A resident of Soldiers Field Park filed a noise complaint. The responding officer discovered that an individual was yelling and trying to hail a taxicab.
1:22 p.m.—HUPD officers responded to a report of a chemical spill at the Longwood campus. The area had already been cleaned when officers arrived.
August 4:
6:25 p.m.—A Rice Street resident reported that sometime between 2:30 and 7:30 a.m., an unknown person entered her apartment, took a rose from a nearby vase and placed it next to her while she was in bed. Police found no sign of forced entry.
