July 23

3:23 a.m.--A caller reported two males fighting outside the Malkin Athletic Center. Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) units were dispatched and spoke with two males who were friends and only wrestling.

10:11 a.m.--A HUPD unit was dispatched to assist a person who had fallen out of a wheelchair.

5:59 p.m.--A HUPD officer requested a rescue for a six-year-old boy who fell and lacerated his forehead. He was transported to Cambridge Hospital for care. The officer was unable to obtain any information from the boy because of a language barrier.

--A Cambridge resident reported that he was flicked in the arm after refusing to give money to a homeless man. The resident states that this is one of many abuses he has suffered at the hands of vagrants.

July 24

12:13 p.m.--A caller reported a group of youths fighting; witnesses say weapons were shown. HUPD officers were dispatched and a youth was transported to Saint Elizabeth Hospital.

3:13 p.m.--HUPD received a call from Holyoke Center Security stating that a homeless person was bumping into patrons at Au Bon Pain. The person was removed.

--A Cambridge resident reported that he has received numerous threats from an unknown person claiming that he will wake-up in a train station with his legs sawed off.

July 25

9:35 p.m.--A HUPD officer stood by an unsecured equipment storage area until a Bond Brothers employee responded and secured it.

10:17 p.m.--A woman called HUPD to report that a large white male on a small bike stole her bike seat. The seat is black and white and belongs on a Giant Cypress bike. The suspect was carrying the seat on his lap.

--An Employee of the Episcopal Divinity School states that an unknown suspect was observed in the residential hall exposing himself and crawling around in the restroom peeping at women.

July 26

10:20 p.m.--HUPD received a call from a party reporting that a motor vehicle was parked in her reserved space. An officer was dispatched to evaluate and make new parking arrangements.

--A tree fell on two legally parked cars. Public works was notified.

July 27

--A Cambridge resident reports that while walking along Beacon Street, she was struck by a motor vehicle. The driver was furious at her for hitting his car and he proceeded to yell at the resident. He left but upon his return, his passenger exited the car and attacked the resident. Both the driver and passenger fled the scene.
