Four members of the Harvard women's lacrosse team were honored Tuesday with All-Ivy League selections.
Tri-captains Honor MacNaughton and Keren Gudeman, along with junior goaltender Kate Schutt, were voted by the Ivy League coaches to the All-Ivy First Team. Freshman Alli Harper won Honorable Mention.
MacNaughton, an attack who scored 29 goals, receives First-Team honors for the second straight season. Gudeman showed all season that she was among the league's elites on defense, recording a league-high 117 ground ball interceptions.
Princeton's Cristi Samaras was named Ivy Player of the Year, and teammate Julie Shaner took home Rookie of the Year honors.
Dartmouth, who along with Princeton will represent the league in the NCAA Tournament, is the only Ivy League school other than Harvard to place as many as three players on the First Team.
