Junior Scott Muoio and freshman Chris Clever turned in strong performances at this weekend's New England Track Championships, held at Northeastern's Solomon Track Facility Saturday in Dedham, Mass.
Muoio took second place in the steeplechase, as he ran a personal-best 9:01, and Clever was the runner-up in the javelin.
Both Muoio and Clever have qualified for the IC4A championships, which will take place next weekend at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.
