Publicity Should Have Clued Liu In

TO THE EDITORS

In the letter in The Crimson by Ken Y. Liu '98 ("Memorial Church Talk Also 'Front for Christ,'" April 15) the writer said he was upset because he'd attended a free talk given on Sunday by the Archbishop of Canterbury in Memorial Church and felt there should have been some sort of warning on the publicity posters that this was going to be a religious event.

The subtle clues "Archbishop," Memorial "Church" and "Sunday" weren't enough for him? What did he think the man was going to talk about, baseball statistics? --Elizabeth L. Randall '84
