ATHLETE of the WEEK

The Harvard's men's soccer team has exploded this season and has propelled itself to No. 9. Much of the Crimson's success must be attributed to junior forward Tom McLaughlin.

The sniper has been red hot all season long and has scored a point in all but one game for the Crimson this season.

McLaughlin not only leads the league in overall scoring with 26 points (9 goals and eight assists), but he is second in Ivy scoring with three goals and three assists.

In Harvard's 2-0 defeat of Brown on Saturday, McLaughlin came through again and scored the first, game winning goal off a corner kick and launched his team to an impressive, 10-1-0, 4-1-0 Ivy, record.

With the season winding down, no one is sure what the future may hold for the Harvard men's soccer.

One thing is for sure, McLaughlin will definitely be a major factor.
