Harvard football opponents know that junior Eion Hu is going to get the ball many times. They know he can break many big runs.
And they still have found no answer for defending the 1994 Ivy League Rookie of the Year.
Hu rushed for more than 100 yards against Columbia in Harvard's season-opening 28-24 loss, and he manhandled the Red Raiders this past Saturday in a 28-8 Harvard victory.
Hu shattered his single-game record by rushing for 229 yards and three touchdowns in the Crimson's romp up at Hamilton, N.Y., as Harvard evened its record at 1-1. Only two Harvard players have rushed for more yards in a single-game.
