F. Hockey Falters

It was another down day for the Harvard field hockey team as the No. 19 UConn defeated Harvard, 2-0, last night at Storrs, Conn.

The Crimson (1-3, 0-0 Ivy) attack could only muster two shots on goal, while the Huskies bombarded Harvard goaltender Jessica Milhollin with 26 shots and 13 penalty corners.

Milhollin, however, did reasonably well, allowing none of the Husky corner batteries to score while making 16 saves. She is only three saves away from breaking the Harvard all-time record, held by Denise Katsias '89.

UConn junior forward Wendy Brady tallied both of her team's goals, one in each half. The Huskies improve to 6-2.

The loss was Harvard's second straight. On Saturday, the team fell to Duke, 3-0. There, the Crimson could only amass a total of three shots, all in the first half.
