To say that junior Amy Reinhard of the Harvard softball team is hitting the ball well would be a gross understatement. Reinhard is murdering the poor thing, going 12-19 in six games, all of which Harvard won.
Reinhard homered three times last week--twice against UMass-Lowell and once against Dartmouth. She also drove in six runs and stole four basese. Reinhard was named the Ivy League Player of the Week for her performance, the third time she has won that award this season and the second time in the last three weeks.
The shortstop also drove in the game-winning runs in both games against the Big Green and the second game with Central Connecticut State.
