Harvard police responsed to a call stating that there were two suspects trying to break into cars parked on DeWolfe St. last Saturday afternoon.
Colin M. McAllister, age 18, of Norwell, was arrested for larceny of property of $250 or less, possession of burglarious tools and attempt to commit a crime.
