ATHLETE of the WEEK

Four goals in two games is quite a few for a team. It is a gargantuan total for a single player.

But that's exactly what sophomore Keren Gudeman did for the women's soccer team against Penn and Colgate. Gudeman, who was the Crimson's second, leading scorer last year as a freshman, knocked home two goals in Harvard's 6-2 romp over Penn and another pair in the 3-1, come-from-behind victory over Colgate.

With the two victories, that Crimson elevates its win total to eight against only one loss and one tie, good enough for second place in the Ivy League.

If Gudeman has any say in it, Harvard will be moving up one more slot.
