To the Editors of The Crimson:
An article in The Crimson of May 18 stated that "many Dunster House squirrel themselves away and appear only to grab goodies at Masters' Open Houses." This is unfair and untrue. Many Durnster tutors are very talented and extraordinarily dedicated.
They have participated with students in demonstrations in the courtyard and dining hall; they have spent many extra hours in tutoring, writing letters of recommendation, advising, organizing the sophomore outing and the goat roast, giving and organizing numerous concerts, designing and overseeing the construction of the new computer facility, engaging in lively discussions during the monthly tutor meetings, conducting pottery classes and countless other tasks.
They have made Dunster, House an excellent house. We are very proud of our tutors and we are greatly indebted to them. Karel and Hetty Liem Co-Masters, Dunster House
