The Harvard men's swimming team defeated Brown, 57-56, last night in Providence, R.I.
The victory improved the Crimson's record to 3-1 overall, 2-1 EISL and 1-1 Ivy League.
Harvard Co-Captain Keith Kaplan captured two events, the 50 and 100 freestyles, to lead the Crimson. Other winners included Chris Kovacs, who took the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:56.44.
Paul Watson and Paul Ryder finished second and third in the 200 backstroke, which clinched the victory for Harvard.
The closest race of the night was the 500 freestyle. Freshman Tom Peterson edged out Brown's Gary Wing with a time of 4:37.82.
The 200 medley relay team of Kovacs, Jonatan Mason, Don Bae and David Lee touched in at 1:37.45 to place first.
