To the Editors of The Crimson:
I am deeply grateful that you awarded me a Pulitzer Prize in journalism in Friday's edition. That is not, however, exactly what happened. The New York Times staff received a prize for national reporting for coverage of the aftermath of the shuttle disaster. Seven reporters were cited, and two of us in graphics were recongnized by the editors at The Times as being among those who contributed to the award. David Sanger was one of the real winners, and he's even a real Harvard alum. But you gave me some wonderful delusions of grandeur. Nancy Lee Nieman Fellow
The Crimson regrets the error.
