Harvard right-wing Chris Biotti will not be able to play in the Crimson's semifinal game Thursday against North Dakota to Detroit, Mich.
Biotti, a sophomore who has recorded one goal and five assists on the year, was whistled for a spearing penalty in the middle of the second period of the Harvard Bowling Green contest Saturday.
A player found guilty of a spearing penalty is automatically disqualified from his team's next game.
