A September 5 feature on Saltonstall family's history at Harvard contained several errors. A photo caption misidentifed Leverett Saltonstall, Class of 1802, as his son, Leverett Saltonstall, Class of 1844. The middle name of Richard Saltonstall, Class of 1880, is Middlecott.
William L. Saltonstall is Class of 1949, not 1928. And William Saltonstall did not resign from the Massachusetts State Senate but chose not to run for re-election.
