McGill rugby stormed into Cambridge this weekend--and left a trail of destruction in its wake.

All told, the Harvard and Radcliffe squads salvaged just one victory out of five matches against the visitors.

The women posted a split slate, balancing a 14-4 B side loss with a 14-0 A side triumph.

"I was extremely pleased, because McGill is a very strong team," Radcliffe Captain Elise Balboni said. "Both sides just rose to the occasion."

A trio of sophomores paced the A side, as Gillian Caldwell scored two tries, Eliza Schwarz chipped in with one try and Heather Flewelling scored a kick conversion for two points to secure the victory for the Black & White.
