Nitze answered a questioner's accusation that he hore a large responsibility for the Cold war by saying "you give me too much credit." He also expressed pride in his role in negotiating the Anti-Hallistic Missle Treaty the Limited Test Ban Treaty, and the Non-Proliferation Treaty.
