But Ronald G. Slaby, an associate professor at the Ed School and Gagnon's advisor, said the exploratory nature of the study made it hard to make firm conclusion. "Video game play is correlated with a number of attributes of the individual, sex, age, and experience level, and it remains for us to decide which variables are more important than others," he explained.
