Winter Carnival

Harvard junior Albert Leger won the men's cross-country race and four other Crimson athletes sped to top-10 finishes on the first day of the Eastern Intercollegiate Skiing Association Winter Carnival at Francistown, N. H. yesterday.

Junior Jay McLeod captured second in the men's giant slalom and classmate Margaret Waters took third in women's cross country, while junior Tim Allen claimed fifth and sophomore Bill Keeley posted 10th behind Leger in men's cross-country.
