The latest University police statistics, released for the week ending February 26, shows that since July 1 there have been no homicides, one rape, no sexual assaults, 27 assaults, three robberies, 279 thefts of more than $100 in value, 19 breaking and enterings, and 130 bike thefts reported on Harvard property.

Police estimated the value of property stolen from February 26 to March 4 at $3,768.90.

The following reports of crimes were taken from the University police logs last week.

February 26, 6:45 p.m.--A student in Weld 10 reported that $100 in cash was stolen from a wallet in the top drawer of his bedroom dresser.

February 28, 3:00 a.m.--The police were summoned by an Alabama resident whose car had been vandalized near Peabody Terrace. The hood of his 1977 Ford Thunderbird was covered with red spray Spaint, spelling "Uncle Sata." The police found no suspects.

March 1, 1:51 a.m.--A Harvard employee reported that $625 worth of camera equipment was stolen from room 1420 of William James Hall. Among the items stolen were a Konica 35mm autoreflex camera, a 50mm lens and a Vivitar automating 252 flash.

March 1, 3:47 p.m.--Police reported that $4500 worth of damage was done to 13 newly installed cabinets in a school of Public Health building. Police said that the vandals used floor scrapers and other maintenance machinery.
