The Los Angeles Dodgers traded pitcher Rick Sutcliffe and second baseman Jack Perconte to the Cleveland Indians yesterday for infielder/outfielder Jorge Orta and a player to be named later. The Yankees sent pitcher Fred Tolliver to Cincinnati to complete the Ken Griffey deal, and signed Gene Michael to a contract to manage the club in 1983.
