SCORING AND HIGHLIGHTS

First Quarter: Penn scored on its first possession when QB Tom Roland ran 18 yards unmolested down the left side at 10:41. Key play was a 29-yd. Roland run (7-play, 70-yd. drive, Dwyer PAT made it 7-0).

Penn then forced Harvard to punt and scored on its second possession, with halfback Ron Gray taking a pitch to the right for a TD at 8:11. Key play was 31-yd Roland run. (3-play, 44-yd. drive, Dwyer PAT wide left).

Harvard got on the board at 2:59 on a Larry Brown 1-yd. sneak. Key plays: third-down Brown-to-Paul Sablock 18-yd. pass, 30-yd. run of right tackle by Ralph Polillio. (6-play, 53-yd. drive, Bosnic PAT made it 13-7 Penn).
