Post-season accolades are still coming in for Harvard's Ivy gridiron champion Captain Dan Jiggetts, recently named to the third team All-American unit, has been selected as first-team offensive tackle on the Associated Press 1975 All-East football team.
Quarterback Jim Kubacki, who finished fourth among NCAA total offense leaders with a 212.6 yard per game average, was named to the A.P. second team.
Tight end Bob McDermott, wide receiver Jim Curry and running back Tommy Winn were awarded honorable mention standing on the Associated Press list. Curry set the 1975 NCAA single-game high for the most receiving yards, 225 captured against Cornell.
A trio of Harvard defensive stalwarts were named to honorable mention slots. Adjuster George Newhouse and safety Fran Cronin, who buttressed the Crimson secondary during the championship season, were joined by captain-elect Bill Emper.
