The Currier House Women's group is winding up its petitioning for a student-faculty committee to examine Harvard's affirmative action plan. The group expects to collect and count the signatures on its petition early next week, but it is aiming, one of its members said yesterday, for the May CHUL meeting.
Natalie L. Wexler '76 said the Currier group has already made an "unofficial offer" to CHUL members, asking them to support a resolution asking the Faculty Council to set up the affirmative action committee.
