The undefeated freshman squash team rolled to victory again yesterday, defeating Phillips Exeter, 5-0, at the Hemenway Gym.

Four of the Crimson's top five swept all three games in their matches. Only Exeter's Ans Sarfraz marred a perfect performance, knicking number one ranked Peter Blasier for one win. Blasier went on to win the match, 3-1.

In the other matches, Fred Fisher downed Exie Bob Fisher and Steve Mead defeated Paul Ramsey. Dick Cashin took his match over Dan Cohen, and Howland "Murph" Murphy beat Peter Mons.

The last four matches were won by identical 3-0 scores.

Last Saturday, the yardling squashmen traveled to Hanover, N.H. and overwhelmed the Dartmouth freshmen, 9-0.

"We have a team with a lot of depth," coach Cory Wynn said last night. "We're half way through the season, and we're at the top of the B-division in the Greater Boston league."

The league includes teams from area schools and from a number of squash clubs, including the Harvard Club and the University Club.

The team goes to Williamstown this Saturday to meet the Williams freshmen.

In a related event, Gus Deveta, superintendent at the University squash courts, expressed concern over the wet courts located on the side of the building.

"Certain courts near the side get very wet due to condensation," he said last night.

"They're very dangerous to play on." Deveta said. "A few years ago, a fellow named Ben Crane fractured his skull on the courts when he slipped on the wet floor."

Deveta said he is urging the University to install heating units in the courts.
