Radcliffe will allow students to choose one of three alternatives to the present meal contract system for May, J. Boyd Britton, administrative vice-president of Radcliffe. said yesterday.
The Committee on Houses and Undergraduate Life approved a similar plan for Harvard students last Wednesday.
The decisions on meal contract reform arose from a pledge Dean May made last Monday to 350 demonstrators demanding that rebates for remaining Wednesday meals be given to the Black Panther Party.
As at Harvard, students will receive rebates-whose amounts are as yet undetermined-by check after signing new meal contracts or by credit on final term hills.
Students may eliminate all breakfasts, weekend meals, or meals one day a week, or remain on the present contract. Applications can be made to House Secretaries or to the Dean of Residence until April 23.
