The Cincinnati Reds will attempt to take the second step on their way to a comeback today as they face the Baltimore Orioles in the fifth game of the World Series in Baltimore.
Lee May's eighth-inning, three-run homer vaulted the Reds to a come-from-behind 6-5 victory yesterday, spoiling Oriole hopes for a four-game series.
Once again Brooks Robinson was the Baltimore hitting star, collecting three singles and his second series homer in four at-bats.
Now, leading 3-1 in games, the Birds will send 24-game winner Mike Cuellar to the mound to battle one of a trio of Cincinnati lefthanders, including Jim Merritt, Wayne Granger, and Milt Wilcox.
