Twenty-nine individuals are scheduled to be arraigned today in Middlesex District Court on charges stemming from last week's 34-hour occupation of the office of M. I. T. President Howard W. Johnson.

M. I. T. administrators obtained warrants for the demonstrators last Monday. Twenty three were charged with two counts of trespass, for being in the building on two days. The remaining six were charged with a single count of trespass. The remaining six were charged with a single count of trespass. In addition, one M. I. T. student was charged with assault, and two other students were charged with disrupting classes.

Eight of those mentioned in the war-rants were not M. I. T. students. Former Harvard student Michael Ansara '68, and Miles Rapaport '71 were among those charged.

The M. I. T. disciplinary committee has not yet begun internal disciplinary proceedings against the students involved in the occupation. M. I. T. radicals have scheduled a mass meeting for February 9, the first day of the new term, to decide upon further action.
