Governor Warren G. Knowles last night asked the Wisconsin State Legislature to adopt a bill saying:
(1) Any student convicted of a Criminal offense arising from a campus disturbance at a State university shall be immediately expelled from that institution, not to be readmitted to any state school for a period of one year.
(2) Any student expelled from a state university for participating in a demonstration who enters the grounds of any state university without the consent of a university officer shall be guilty of criminal trespass.
(3) Any faculty member convicted of a criminal offense arising from a campus disturbance must be dismissed from his post and may not hold another teaching job at a state university unless his case is reviewed by the State Board of Regents.
