Cliffies sailed past eight other schools Sunday, copping their third trophy of the season in the Fall Invitational Regatta.
Sailing for Radcliffe on the Charles were Jane Chalmers and Sandy Storer, with Louise Waldenstein and Lisa Fulweiler crewing. The 'Cliffe racked up 134 points, toping M.I.T. at 113, U.R.I. with 110, Skidmore 96, Jackson 91, B.U. 87, Wellesley 73, Mount Holyoke 58, and Simmons 16.
The trophy won this week is a Victorian coffee urn, donated two years ago by Coach Mike Horn. The first year the Radcliffe sailors lost it to a tough team from M.I.T., but fought successfully to regain and keep it since.
