Corris, Relayers To NCAA Meet

NEW HAVEN, March 10--At the Eastern Seaboards Swimming Championships at Yale today. Harvard's rejuvenated swim team qualified Bob Corris and its 100 yard freestyle relay team for the NCAA intercollegiate swimming championships.

Corris qualified with a 1:02.5 mark in the 100 yard breaststroke. The relay team, composed of Pete Adams, Jim Seubold, John Bragg, and Bill Shrout, qualified with a time of 3:13.9.

Martin Chalfie won a place in finals of the 200-yard butterfly with a spectacular time of 2:02, three seconds faster than his previous fastest time.

In events completed Friday afternoon, Pete Adams won the consolation race in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:02. Sophomore Bill Murphy, who won the diving against Yale last Saturday, turned in another sparkling performance, finishing fourth in the lowboard.
