In the old days, if you wanted to be connected with University information, you had to dial 868-7600, and tell the Harvard operator to ring 191. The operator would then tell you, "I'm sorry, the lines are busy." The University has taken a major step forward. Now, you can dial information directly, at 491-4451, and hear the busy signal yourself.
