Harvard's second-leading hockey scorer of all time, Gene Kinasewich '64, will be among the notable ex-collegians facing off against the Crimson hockey team at 8:05 p.m. in Watson Rink tonight.

Kinasewich has led the Eastern Olympic Hockey Club in its second season to a 4-2 record that includes a 4-3 over-time win against Boston University. The victory last Saturday over B.U., rated the second best team in the East, portends a challenging evening for Harvard.

"Harvard has good balanace. It should be a goodtest for both teams," commented Olympian coach John Garrity, father of Harvard's second-line center.

Strong Line

In addition to Kinasewich, Garrity's strong attack features Leo Dupere, a former Northeastern All-American, and Bobby Quinn, who was the country's second high scorer last year playing for Boston State.

Starting on defense will be Dick Massey of St. Lawrence, and Charlie Stuart, who was second-team All-Ivy from Dartmouth last year. In the goal will be either Pete Eygis or Jack Ferreira, an All-America who graduate from Boston University last year.

For the record, the game with Eastern Olympic is an exhibition; so the Crimson's 3-1 rfecord is not in danger. The chance to beat a team that beat B.U. will provide plenty of motive, however.

All Out Effort

The still raging competition for positions on the varsity will also assure an all-out effort. Coach Cooney Weiland may experiment more than usual with his personnel, and he has already decided to start veteran Bill Fitzsimmons in the goal. Regular goalie the last two years, Fitzsimmons has sat out the last four games in favor of sophomore Bill Diercks, who boasts a 2.0 goals against average.
