A symposium on the draft will be held in Lowell Lecture Hall at 8 p.m. tonight.
Participants include Barney Frank, assistant director of the Kennedy Institute, John Rawls, Professor of Philosophy, John U. Monro, Dean of Harvard College, and Michael Walzer, associate professor of Government.
