Peabody Terrace, Harvard's married students dorms and the center of a good deal of aesthetic controversy, has received First Honors in the 17th annual Honor Awards Program of the American Institute of Architects.
The married students dorms were cited for their "fresh, light quality and unity," and as "not merely a solution but a breakthrough in the grouping of high and low buildings."
