Baseball Postponed Till This Afternoon

Game time--3 p.m.

An all-night drizzle turned the infield at Kindlestick Park into a quagmire yesterday and forced the postponement of the Harvard Northeastern baseball game until 3 p.m. today.

The postponement meant an extra day's rest for Crimson starter Paul Del Rossi, who pitched against Richmond Friday, and for a Harvard team that played five games last week.

Coach Norm Shepard got some good news yesterday when doctors examining shortstop Bilodeau's knee found that the junior infielder should be ready in 10 days to two weeks. Bilodeau had injured the knee sliding into home at Lynchburg.

Both Shepard, who needs Bilodeau badly to bolster the Crimson's anemic hitting, and football coach John Yovicsin, who is thinking of using the junior as a quarterback next season, breathed audible sighs of relief at the news: some observers had thought the injury serious enough to keep Bilodeau out of athletic competition for the rest of the year.
