Crime Flourishes

The CRIMSON'S powerful diamond aggregation last Saturday lifted the lid on its 1964 softball season by applying a heavy coat of shellack on the eager but inept refugees from the offices of the Year-book.

A winning combination of youth and age, the CRIMSON took control with a seven-run outburst in the opening stanza. From there on the only question was whether manager Don "The Gnat" Graham would be able to hold the score down to a merciful 22-2.
