M. Williard Wirtz will deliver this year's Oliver Wendell Holmes Lecture. The U.S. Secretary of Labor will speak at the Law School series on "Right and Responsibility."
Wirtz graduated from Beloit College and received his law degree at Harvard in 1937. He has taught at the University of Iowa and Northwestern University.
The lecture will be given today at 8 p.m. in Ames Courtroom in Austin Hall.
