An RGA committee will recommend changes in Harvard exam rules for Radcliffe students, who will take all their finals at Harvard this spring. Sargent Kennedy '28, Registrar of Harvard College, said it will probably be impossible for Harvard and Radcliffe to take the exams under different regulations, but he promised to consider the group's suggestions.
Led by Erica Levine '64, the committee will discuss such changes as allowing 'Cliffies to leave the room for a smoke any time during exams, rather than just during the break, as Harvard men do. The group will also consider improvements in the proctoring system. The RGA will decide which recommendations to present to Kennedy.
"This is not a committee to complain to Mr. Kennedy. We want to help him," Miss Levine emphasized.
'Cliffies learned last week that they will not be able to take finals in the informal atmosphere of Longfellow Hall, since the building is being renovated for the Ed School.
