The freshman soccer team, in the second outing of its season, faces the M.I.T. freshmen at 2 p.m. today on the Tech field. The Crimson will be seeking its third consecutive victory after handily defeating Exeter, 4-0, and Tufts, 3-0.
In their two previous games, the Crimson Yardlings' play has been excellent. Though not pressed too greatly by its opponents, the team has still developed a good offense. Passing, although erratic at times, has been for the most part strong and accurate, enabling the front line to penetrate the opponent's defense fairly consistently.
On defense, the fullbacks have cleared well, and with fine support from the halfback line, have kept the goal unscathed.
