No Action Yet Taken In Marlin-HSA Suit

There have been no new developments during the last six months in the suit of John A. Marlin '62 against HSA over rights to "Let's Go: A Student Guide to Europe," although the suit is still technically before the courts.

Marlin, now a student at Trinity College, Oxford, spent the summer in Montreal, Canada, and took no action to advance the suit, although he had indicated previously that he would seek more depositions from HSA officials. Marlin's lawyer, George Waldstein '46, said yesterday that "there still is a case."

The Harvard Student Agencies' lawyer, Harold Rosenwald '27, said that HSA might enter a motion of dismissal. The suit was filed last March.
