Dorm Dance Friday

"Carousel," tomorrow's dormitory dance in the Union, is the second in the series of dances sponsored by the Harvard Summer School dormitories. Given by Kirkland, Massachusetts, Mower, Perkins, and Quincy, the dance will cost fifty cents a person.

Miss Cynthia Adams, Secretary for Student Activities, termed last week's dance "a great success." Its main attraction was a highly frenetic Charleston contest. Judged most frenetic of all were Julie Hamilton and her escort Dr. Richard Perera, with Sarah Adams and George Case second.

Graduate students will dance to the music of George Graham from 8:30 to midnight tonight. Given for the dormitories of Hurlbut, Lionel, Pennypacker, Perkins, William James, Winthrop, and Wyeth, the dance is called "Aloha Hawall." The Governor of the state has been wired in Chicago and may send his official greetings.
