The proposal for a Harvard "youth corps"--projected to send at least 12 seniors to teach in Nigeria next year--will be the subject of a questionnaire distributed in House dining halls today.

The project was suggested late last week in a report by Leon D. Bramson, instructor in Social Relations; Donald J. Eberly, assistant director of the International Student Office; and Paul E. Sigmund, Jr., instructor in Government.

Sponsored by the Harvard-Radcliffe Committee for a Youth Service Program, the poll is designed to find out how many undergraduates are interested in serving in the Corps, how the prospects of being drafted--or receiving an exemption--will influence their decision, and what aspects of the program appeal to them most.

Results of the poll will be tabulated within the next several days, according to Michael M. Hornblow '62, vice-Chairman of the undergraduate committee.
