His Excellency, U Win, Burmese Ambassador to the United States, will not be able to speak Monday as planned, the Divinity School announced yesterday. He was scheduled to discuss "The Buddhist Concept of Law and Order."
U Win cabled the Divinity School yesterday, reporting that he would be unable to speak "due to circumstances beyond my control."
