The University will not participate in the Yale Drama Festival this year, Joel F. Henning '61, president of the Harvard Dramatic Club, said yesterday. Cast members of Yeoman of the Guard and other productions which were considered cannot fit the convention dates into their schedules, he explained.
The annual Festival, featuring plays, speeches and discussion groups, will be held during Yale's Spring vacation, March 24, 25, and 26. Exams and generals at Harvard make these dates impossible, according to Henning.
