The International Student Association is preparing a one-day "miniature World's Fair" for residents of the Greater Boston area, according to Brian Featherstone 1G, chairman of the event.
Featherstone explained that "the Fair's purpose is to show local residents some of the more interesting phases of international life, repaying them for their hospitality to foreign students and their support of ISA activities."
Over 500 students from Harvard, Radcliffe, M.I.T., and other colleges in the Boston area will work for the next three months on various projects, including 30 or 40 individual booths which Featherstone described as each "giving a comprehensive picture of its own nation--its customs, costumes, and food."
