John Carter Vincent, chief of the Far Eastern Division of the State Department from 1945-47 and Associate of the Center for East Asian Studies, will speak tonight in the Adams House Lower Common Room at 8 p.m.
Mr. Vincent's address, sponsored by the Adams House Political Forum, will deal with "The China Problem." Admission to the lecture is free, and the public is invited to attend.
