Roscoe Pound, former Dean of the Law School, received a special tribute last Monday from the International Institute for the Unification of Public Law in Madrid.
The group of law professors and advocates honored Pound, their president, on his 88th birthday with a program recounting his achievements and influence in the field of law.
Representatives from the Supreme Court of Spain, the National Academy of Spain, and the University of Madrid attended the meeting at the Palace of Justice in Madrid.
